AI Access Terms

Rules for AI access

When an agent pays for your content, it can be bound by terms that control how it uses that content. Foldset provides sensible defaults, but you can customize or replace them.

Pay per request

Every time an AI system accesses your content, it pays for that specific request. The license it receives covers only that single interaction. It doesn't get blanket access to scrape or download everything.

No caching or storing

AI systems cannot save, index, or archive your content. They can hold it in memory long enough to generate a response, then it must be discarded. No persistent copies.

No bulk extraction

AI systems cannot combine results from multiple requests to reconstruct your content. They also cannot access your content at abusive volumes designed to scrape it in bulk.

You keep your IP

You retain full ownership of your content. The terms grant a narrow, revocable license for each request. Nothing more. No rights are transferred.
